Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after purchase. Once an order has entered processing or production, we cannot guarantee cancellations, modifications, or changes to order details.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
